  1. I just saw advice from martinayotte

    Posted May 23, 2020

"Rockchip SoCs always have eMMC as boot priority.

So, to boot from SDCard, you need to stop U-Boot from eMMC by pressing <spacebar> several times during startup.

Then, at U-Boot command line, you can type "setenv devnum 1" followed with "run mmc_boot", it will then boot from SD."

I've made a note of this for myself as well, cheers

  2. Hi, since upgrade to Armbian 22.05 my Nanopi M4v2 has been running 24 hrs with browser ,youtube indulgence and so on.  I enjoy watching@NicoD videos and rejoiced when I found Armbian listing on Distrowatch.

However, ( isn't there always :) ) I do not see advice on latest news, reviews or Armbian upgrades on Distrowatch yet. Is this on someones todo list or can I help in a small way and help promulgate announcements to online media?

  3. Hi , this morning, 0830 NZ I was treating my Nanopi M4 V2 to a routine apt upgrade of armbian.

Just after this part of the update,

    "Preparing to unpack .../20-linux-image-legacy-rk3399_20.05.3_arm64.deb ... "

it threw up this message repeated several dozen times.

    "23: /var/lib/dpkg/tmp.ci/preinst: [[: not found "

This may be a result of a script typo or similar. Where should I direct this feedback?
