  1. Hello, I have an ARMBIAN image 08.21.6 kernel 5.10.16 it works very well on rockpi 4B + rev 1.6 I tested the last Kernel but without more success. when we fix the ip address and we up (several times) the eth0 network this one puts to work at a time. Do you have an idea ? Regards.
  2. my goal is not to host my OS permanently on USB. this is userFriendly for my end users. Basically : the system is hosted on an EMMC, if there is a problem with this system I would like to be able via a liveOS on usb to rewrite the emmc to start again on a good basis. (Home Automation Box) therefore the usb will be very very very occasional.
  3. I have already tested this, and I could see that only the upper usb3 give voltage. the others are not activate I have the impression. but the upper usb3 does not detect anything on a usb start or restart.
  4. I've try your files in the SPI, and it boot well but I don't understand why, it didn't see my usb storage (trying with severals differents USB drives) => usb reset resetting USB... 5. Hi, You will have the SPI loader .bin and the img to put usb first on rockpi 4C? or 4B? I can't compile your u-boot (test). I would like to be able to boot on usb first and if no usb then it will boot on emmc. Thank you.
  6. Hello, With the new version for rockpi 4 (Buster Kernel 5.X). I put in my armbianEnv.txt: overlays=uart2 console=display my ttyS2 has a very weird permission compared to other, (on the other hand I don't have this problem at all on a 4.X kernel) crw-rw---- 1 root dialout 4, 64 Dec 23 14:00 /dev/ttyS0 crw-rw---- 1 root dialout 4, 65 Dec 23 14:00 /dev/ttyS1 crw--w---- 1 root tty 4, 66 Dec 23 14:01 /dev/ttyS2 crw-rw---- 1 root dialout 4, 67 Dec 23 14:00 /dev/ttyS3 crw-rw---- 1 root dialout 4, 68 Dec 23 14:00 /dev/ttyS4 crw-rw---- 1 root dialout 4, 69 Dec 23 14:00 /dev/ttyS5 crw-rw---- 1 root dialout 4, 70 Dec 23 14:00 /dev/ttyS6 crw-rw---- 1 root dialout 4, 71 Dec 23 14:00 /dev/ttyS7 how do i get my uart2 to work properly? Namely that I have already tested adding the tty groups to my user. made a chmod 660 on the S2 but it does not hold. Tks ;)
