Hi
I had the same situation except there was no power loss.
At the morning I saw the red led blinking and there was no access to anything.
I have raid6 with 4 drives + one missing (I need to buy one and add)

1. I don't understand what MD is resyncing, there were 4 active drives and are 4 active drives - nothing changed, so why resyncing?
2. I'm really concerned about this situation - there was no reason to that situation, there was no power outage nor any other reason I see, it just stopped working at the night
