Thank you. I changed to a new SD and the problems have disappeared.

Tested new versions ARMbian Server 5.59 Kernel 4.14 in OPI + 2. Armbian Bionic: It starts but hangs when opening kernel. Armbian Stretch: It works but I have not been able to change locales or keyboard language. armbian-config does not perform its function. UN saludo.
