I had the same problem with Eth0 missing, I had to connect via TTL-UART-dongle to assign the interface to new system. And it was end0 also. After that i got problems with high Soft-IRQ loads on my CPU(Nanopi M4V2 with OMV+docker+transmission with 1 SATA disk. See images attached, before and after upgrading). There is definitely something wrong with this release.
Guys who still didn't upgrade to Bookworm, could you pls send me results of "ethtool -k end0" command to compare TCP segmentation offload settings on NanoPi M4V2 ?
