The hardware watchdog /dev/watchdog does not reboot the board in a brand new installation with 22.02 image. What happens instead is the green LED on board goes off, both LEDs on ethernet port go on and thats it - boards halt. However, if I flash previous 21.08 to sdcard everything works fine, even after I upgraded the installation via apt-get update & apt-get upgrade to latest packages.
