  1. from first post I have read the followng post What do You mean for serial output logs?
  2. do You mean the voice "View recovery logs"? This is an example of screenshot of android recovery mode
  3. Hi, I have write multitool image to microsd with rufus, but when I have turnon the device multitool menu isn't been showed and only an android menu has been showed... What should I do?
  4. yes, I have read the first post. So multiboot warn me only if there is a nand? In the case of emmc or encp there aren't warn? What is the precise message showed?
  5. please, make a backup of acestream arm-v7l, overwrite the original files with .so library getted from apk (not all, only the core libraries necessary), and test if work
  6. @RaptorSDS if I load an image of multiboot there is a command that tell the chips so I tell to You?
  7. from here it's NW814 but google don't tell nothing
  8. can You make a test to check if work? I'm rooting a rk3229 and I will choose if install a firmware with androidtv or a firmware with armbian
  9. what should look?
  10. Dear to all, how can I know if I have NAND, eMMC or eNCP memory? Here there are some photo of board
  11. Yes, but the core files has changed.... so to be sure that all works fine isn't better make an update (or try to make an update)? You have checked that acestream start and working, but what does it happen if there are circustances or issues that are fixed in the last build of apk play store? the current build of github have that issues. Hope that I'm clear about want tell.
  12. Hi to all, I'm new to this thread, even if it's a little off-topic, somebody can tell me if I can update acestream arm v7 from here https://github.com/sshmanko/acestream-armv7 with shared object files (.so) taken from apk on google play (armeabi v7a)? I have already tried to install apk for android tv and it's work, but now I want switch to armbian.
  13. @prahal when You check Power-Off_Retract_Count do You use ssh console or webgui? It's better ssh console because sometimes can happen that browser don't update data e show case result
  14. Maybe the script isn't complete. From here: https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man8/hdparm.8.html --idle-unload Issue an ATA IDLE_IMMEDIATE_WITH_UNLOAD command, to unload or park the heads and put the drive into a lower power state. Usually the device remains spun-up. Before hdparm -Y should be added "--idle-unload" in the script
  15. I have read your posts but I'm a little confused: 1. how can I find the version of u-boot? Updating kernel implies update u-boot ? (sorry, but I'm a newbie in linux environment) 2. hdd noise and Power-Off_Retract_Count are You sure that are event indipendent? I ask this because I have 2 WD60EFRX, I have disabled the parking head timer whit wdidle utility, but the noise of parking head was less sharp then noise that I'll get when turnoff nas (I don't know if this happens also on reboot or not): seems that here is something that screeches . So, for my opinion, the problem is that the head should be parked only when turnoff the system (before shut down the power to hdd) and the sharp noise is related to this 3. can You share an audio record of the noise? I don't know if this happens also for hdd enclousere usb, but the best thing is parking head and turn-off hdd before power off for both sata hdd and usb hdd.
  16. Problem still occurs: I have tried to search and I have found this threads https://forum.openmediavault.org/index.php?thread/43161-safely-power-down-usb-hdd-s-on-system-shutdown/#post337071 and https://wiki.odroid.com/odroid-xu4/troubleshooting/shutdown_script the script in odroid works also on helios64?
  17. no, I want ask if it's possible made a package from sources 2.1.8 and add to repository so all can download updated packages rip for that user
  18. if I want that running sudo apt -t bullseye-backports install zfs-dkms zfsutils-linux are downloaded the source of zfs 2.1.8 so I can compile it with dpkg-reconfigure zfs-dkms I must ask to their ? I thinked that You make available packages on server.... what does I write preciously to their?
  19. ok, if I want compile module zfs 2.1.8 https://github.com/openzfs/zfs/releases/tag/zfs-2.1.8 instead of 2.1.7 how can I do?
  20. @Igor Yesyerday I have updated armbian to 5.15.89, even I still have create zfs pool, with the only installation of zfs plugin I have the following error from open media vault 6 web gui: "500 - Internal Server Error Failed to execute command 'export PATH=/bin:/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin; export LANG=C.UTF-8; export LANGUAGE=; zfs list -p -H -o name, mountpoint -t filesystem' with exit code '1':" in ssh console: sudo apt -t bullseye-backports install zfs-dkms zfsutils-linux Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Reading state information... Done zfs-dkms is already the newest version (2.1.7-1~bpo11+1). zfsutils-linux is already the newest version (2.1.7-1~bpo11+1). 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 70 not upgraded. apt install dkms zfs-dkms Reading package lists... Done Building dependency tree... Done Reading state information... Done dkms is already the newest version (2.8.4-3). zfs-dkms is already the newest version (2.1.7-1~bpo11+1). 0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded. between dkms and zfs-dkms there is a mismatch version... is that the cause of problem?
  21. @eiglss Also I have got some issues with zfs on Helios64... I don't know if can be useful but however post the following link hope that this help You
  22. ok I have runned armbian-config utility, removed headers, installed header kernel, and then runned "sudo apt -t bullseye-backports install zfs-dkms zfsutils-linux". All has worked fine, so I have tried to install plugin "openmediavault-zfs 6.0.12" and finally have installed it. Thank You p.s.: what issues I can have with bullseye image?
  23. I have installed a armbian buster image native, after that I have installed OMV 5. When I have update to OMV 6 I have no more buster image, but bullseye. So there are 3 street that I can do: 1. execute "sudo apt -t bullseye-backports install zfs-dkms zfsutils-linux" instead of "sudo apt -t buster-backports install zfs-dkms zfsutils-linux" (it will be possible?); 2. find a way to install all package of image buster in my installation and after follow the tut that You have posted 3. restore my backup image of buster and omv 5 and try to update to omv 6 with buster packages (it will be possible?) What street I should make? My goal is have omv6 and zfs plugin ... on Helios64 wiki is told that buster image is more stable then bullseye image... but there is a way to have buster image, zfs and omv 6?
