I figure it out. env default -a then saveenv got it back to a state I could boot it from sdcard.

I flashed my espressobin v5 with flash-image-DDR4-1g_1cs_5-1000_800.bin After the boot it tries to boot from a network source instead of sdcard. printenv I dont know how it got to this point all I want now is to be able to boot from sdcard. Any thoughts or ideas?
