A user has posted a fix for this on the Pine64 forum: https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=17215 Apparently the /boot/dtb/rockchip/rk3399-pinebook-pro.dtb file is corrupted and has to be replaced with the one from KaliLinux found in /usr/lib/linux-image-5.<x>.<x>/rockchip/rk3399-pinebook-pro.dtb.
