  1. You`re running Kernel 6.1 ? Did you guys made any changes for the GPU/Driver/Resolution ? only with a forced resolution in the armbianenv I got videoutput in the CLI & bootime but as soon the xserver started I got no more video output or I got broken output :-S with kernel 5 I also got a BT issue & I also guess there is an issue with DTB, btw. GPU is disabled by default but easy to fix in the decompiled DTS file. unfortunately I couldn't follow these steps ...., but does make dtbs the same than compling a DTS to DTB ? Did you use any specific dts ? I'm a bit confused because I tried every DTS /DTB I found....
  2. Hey guys, First of all I would like to let you know that the default DTB has an issue, the GPU status is disabled by default. I've changed this & now my GPU is detected & working fine so far. (Armbian Jammy current) But I'm also facing some other Issues.... not all USB Ports are working, just 2-3 & the working ports sometime are randomly switching after a reboot. Bluetooth isn't working at all I guess these Issues are also related to the dtb file because I didn't find any entries for BT in the DTB. I also tried the other DTB file: rk3399-rock-4c-plus but I dont have any video output with it but there I found some entries related to BT (default is rk3399-rock-pi-4c-plus) I also noticed I didn't get any Video output from the latest sid & edge, but Kernel was loaded. Then I forced the Resolution in the Armbian.env to 1080p, with that settings I got vidio ouput during the boot time & CLI. But as soon the Xserver has started I got no more Video output or I got a weird/broken video output. Probably its an gpu driver Issue.... I should also mention that my GPU isn't working & detected in Debian too (all kernels) But as I understood right the gpu isn't deactivated in the DTB file from Debian, but except the gpu everythings is working. Here are the Logs & DTS files Any ideas how to solve this ?
  3. another issue but I can confirm that all the rock 4c+ dtb's are probably faulty. With all of them with different OS & Kernel my GPU isn't detected but as soon I switch to 4C or 4B dtb my gpu is detected...... took a while to figure that out 😵‍ any ideas ?
  4. Did you got any suuccess ? I also own a Rock 4c+ but since weeks I'm unable to bring my gpu to work.... always llvmpipe is loaded as driver. And tested different versions of Armbian, Debian & Ubuntu... just this methode I havn't tested. Have someone else any suggestions ? As far I understood correctly with Debian 11 it should work OOTB because the drivers are included. Or maybe a hardware faulty...? I searched the internet a lot but nothings worked out.... would be grateful for any tip
  5. meanwhile I found out with the debian 11 beta from Radxa Wifi & BT is working. https://github.com/radxa-build/rock-4c-plus/releases/download/20230207-0209/rock-4c-plus_debian_bullseye_kde_2023-02-07T0210+0000_gpt.img.xz But it isnt a stable version at all. Would rather like find a solution get my board to work in armbian. I also tried the latest armbian minimal version for my board and it was booting properly, could also install the gui, but how to start ?
  6. Hey there, I just joined the ARM universe & to be honest I lost all my skills with Linux. First I tried some official images Armbian_22.11.1_Rockpi-4cplus_jammy_current_5.15.80_xfce_desktop.img & with all of them I got a Blackscreen after the Logo. (all settings were made) Then I a tried a pre-release so I could finally get into armbian. Wifi : I couldn't connect via. wifi, "wifi network could not be found" But it was listed with a good signal strength. BT: no adapter was found. ( I used armconfig to enable BT) USB: just 3 of 4 usb ports were working. ( I guess it was 1x usb 3.0 & 2x usb 2.0) The Rock Pi ist connected via usbc and I tried different Power sources, Monitor (supercharging enabled), PC & and a seperate power supply with 3,5 A. Then I tried librelec,(LibreELEC-RK3399.arm-10.0.4-rock-pi-4) there wasnt even a Wifi or a BT adapter listed. And only 1 usb port were working. And then I tried Debian and I finally got all USB ports working. Also my BT adapter showed up the first time. But I still wasnt able to connect to my wifi network, my network was listed but I got again: "wifi network could not be found" With BT was nearly the same..., it listed my BT device but it couldn't connect. I guess I'll give armbian another chance & also use another sd card (because the were some situations were it told me....path not found) But the Issues with wifi & BT is everywhere present..., any tipps how to solve this ? Any version recommendation ?
