  1. in the end the only thing that works is connecting a second modem with a slight delay.

i also tried network manager gsm.* options for specifying operator-id or device-id for each gsm connection, but they just don't work: operator-id value is ignored (or any value is accepted), setting device-id makes an error (No suitable device found for this connection)

i still sometimes get "wwx02358c073be8" interface but whatever...

  2. i have 2 USB LTE modems (quectel ec25) and i most of the time i get "wwan0" (modem 0) and "wwan1" (modem 1) network interface names, but sometimes they switch to "wwan0" (modem 1) and "wwan1" (modem 0), sometimes i get "wwx*" interface name on one of them and "wwan1" on the other, this is very sad ;(. How can i get "wwx*" for both of them? modems are connected after the system is already started

im using latest jammy cli image on opi zero, the only thing i did is installed "modemmanager" and created 2 gsm connections in networkmanager

  3. after i disconnect from ssh of opiz and wait a few hours, after trying to connect nothing happens for ~10 seconds (no network packets from opiz), but after waiting it starts responding and then it works fine until i disconnect and wait again.

this is present on opiz in debian armbian 08.23, 11.23, bleeding edge build from yesterday. this is not present on opi pc+ in build 11.23. this doesn't affect any other network services, only affects ssh.
