It's just plain Orange Pi 3B board with default factory config booted from SD card. As you can see most apps can't be started, they just fail silently. If started from terminal they log some exceptions. OS is completely unusable. Hardware is functional and it works well with the default Orange Pi images. Here is the demo video:
