It does sound like a power delivery issue on those SATA ports. You might want to check if any transistors or MOSFETs controlling power to ports 1 and 2 have failed. Unfortunately, since the Helios/Kobol team isn’t active anymore, finding an original HDD harness might be tough you may need to source or custom-make a replacement cable. Thanks a lot.
