Just try to write it again (with Etcher as we recommend) and try some different SD card. I have many different brands around and all worked so far ... but some already died.
Just get Samsung EVO16 or 32GB, they perform almost the same ... check this thread for details.

Get another SD card - only boot loader is loaded in since it can't read from SD card it tries network boot ...
