  1. So these crashes didn't stop. Because I wasn't able to connect via SSH when the CT crashed and I didn't find something usefull in the syslog, I connected the CT to a monitor. The next crash happend 4,5 hours later, with this matrix-like screen: Can anyone find the source of the problem? On this device there is a nextcloud running on nginx and mysql and also a tvheadend server. The SAT-IP-tuner is connected via LAN. tvheadend is HTS Tvheadend 4.1-2533~g80c52b2 compiled with: AUTOBUILD_CONFIGURE_EXTRA=--disable-bintray_cache\ --disable-hdhomerun_static\ --disable-ffmpeg_static\ --disable-dvbscan ./Autobuild.sh
  2. No, I can't. When I try to remove this, mysql-server will also be removed. I tried apt-get install --reinstall apparmor but I still got this error. Anybody knows how to repair apparmor? Maybe this is the source of the crashes up to 3 times a day.
  3. Yes, I think i switched a time ago. So these modules are now integrated? What about apparmor? Can I remove this?
  4. Hi! I had serveral errors with my Cubietruck running Ubuntu 16.04 Vanilla Kernel. The system is installed on a hard-disc. There were some filesystem-error which fsck could repair. But I still have some errors. root@cubianx:~# systemctl --failed UNIT LOAD ACTIVE SUB DESCRIPTION ● apparmor.service loaded failed failed LSB: AppArmor initialization ● systemd-modules-load.service loaded failed failed Load Kernel Modules LOAD = Reflects whether the unit definition was properly loaded. ACTIVE = The high-level unit activation state, i.e. generalization of SUB. SUB = The low-level unit activation state, values depend on unit type. 2 loaded units listed. Pass --all to see loaded but inactive units, too. To show all installed unit files use 'systemctl list-unit-files'. root@cubianx:~# root@cubianx:~# /lib/systemd/systemd-modules-load Failed to find module 'gpio_sunxi' Failed to find module 'sunxi-ir' Failed to find module 'spi_sun7i' Failed to find module 'ap6210' root@cubianx:~# I don't know what these errors mean and how to repair them.
  5. Hi! Can I install a clean Armbian from within Armbian, without flashing a SD-Card? One idea: After installing Armbian, I used the NAND-SATA-install to copy my files to a harddrive. But on the SD-card there is still the old system. Can I switch back to boot the SD-system? Wittenborg
  6. Maybe this will help: https://blog.sucuri.net/2016/01/jquery-pastebin-replacement.html
  7. When opening armbian.com I was redirected to different malware-sites via h t t p s ://go. padsdel. com/afu.php?id=473791 If I reload the page everything is normal. Only when i start a new browser session or private mode, there will be a redirect again.
  8. I run a cubietruck with armbian jessie/legacy-kernel. I used it as a owncloud- and tvheadend-server. For the tvheadend-server i use 2 DVB-S2-USB-devices (TeVii S660 USB). I had problems woith one of them and want to replace one of them with a Technotrend TT-connect S2-4600. I could not compile the needed driver, so I tried to use the vanilla-kernel, because the newer kernel has support for this DVB-card. I could use the Technotrend-device with vanilla. But both devices stutters when displaying or recording a stream. Is this a known problem? When switching back to legacy, the old Tevii-device runs smooth again, but there is no support for Technotrend. What can I do? Has anybody a suggestion for a different DVB-S2-USB-device?
  9. No, just the standard-setup. I found that in /sys/module/lowmemorykiller/parameters/ you can changes the setting of lowmemorykiller. But I don't dare to change anything, because I don't know waht every values means and what side effect it will have.
  10. Hi! I just installed Armbian Jessie on my Cubietruck to replace the outdated CubianX-distro. Title: Armbian 4.81 Cubietruck Debian jessie dev (unofficial) Kernel: Linux 2016.01-rc3 Build date: 28.12.2015 I use the Cubietruck as an owncloud-server and as a tvheadend-server. Tvheadend doesn't work properly. There seems to be a hardware-issue with the DVB-S2-receivers. One of them fails sometimes. Tvheadend often stopped. But now i found one (the?) reason in the syslog: lowmemorykiller Feb 4 08:29:04 localhost kernel: [11909.498000] lowmemorykiller: Killing 'tvheadend' (622), adj 0, Feb 4 08:29:04 localhost kernel: [11909.498012] to free 1829736kB on behalf of 'kswapd0' (26) because Feb 4 08:29:04 localhost kernel: [11909.498022] cache 5940kB is below limit 6144kB for oom_score_adj 0 Feb 4 08:29:04 localhost kernel: [11909.498031] Free memory is -1996kB above reserved Can I stop lowmemorykiller from stopping necessary applications? Wittenborg P.S. Why does /etc/proc shows /proc/version Linux version 3.4.110-sun7i (root@production) (gcc version 4.8.2 (Ubuntu/Linaro 4.8.2-16ubuntu4) ) #10 SMP PREEMPT Mon Dec 28 11:48:43 CET 2015 and not Debian Jessie ....?
