I have tested it today and it still does not work. I get "Warning communications lost with UPS". It works on Rock64. Both Odroid C2 and Rock64 use latest Armbian Ubuntu 18.04. It looks like something is not quite right with the Odroid C2 image.

Has anyone figured out what is preventing APCUPSD to work here? I am having the same issue on Odroid C2 using the latest Ubuntu 18.04 image. Everything works fine on Rock64.

Guidol, thank you for your quick reply. Running sudo apt update did the trick. I did not know that apt-get has been depreciated.

How do I apply the fix? Install new image and before first reboot do apt update & upgrade?
