Hi people. My ubuntu machine serves as a samba and openvpn servers. Sometimes it hangs and I'm unable to connect using ssh/openvpn. I've been searching the logs syslog and dmesg, but I'm stil unable to find the cause. Could you point where I should search for the problem? Or help me to troubleshoot and find the problem? you should edit uENV.ini.

Before it was automatic. I changed the dtb and now it goes... This DTB does not give me hdmi output. Do you know one tat works with an hdmiIN and hdmiOUT board like mine? Thanks balbes150 for remembering it to me. Could you point to me where I can manipulate the memory for graphics or system? (since I dont have video out put)

Hi all, I'm trying to boot a Geniatech S802_1GB / 8GB Armbian 5.77 detecs it as: info->dtbversion = 65539 boardname=stvm8 boardtype=hdmiin wifi=ap6330 dtbtype=stvm8_hdmiin_1g Could you help me making it work. In general with a USB disk it still hangs... boot log.txt

I managed to make it work! After some diggin' I found that the wireless network card was not being fired at boot. I edited /etc/network/interfaces, and now everything works as expected. Regards

Hi all, Thanks balbes150 for your great work. I installed the 5.88 version on my S905X 1g/8g tv box and did a samba, xrdp and ssh server. Do you have any idea why the services only work if I'm logged in? If the tvbox restarts I loose all services until I'm next to it and login with keyboard. What should I verify and apply to make it work headless? Thanks in advance.

Hi all, I have Armbian installed in a TVbox (5.88). I activated ssh, xrdp and samba to create my headless and standalone server. I managed to make the 3 services to work. When I reboot the machine I am not able to see the samba shares, I can not ssh or use xrdo unless I log myself to the machine. I have been searching the internet for this information but I still did not find it. Could you help me to configure to make everything working even If I do not log in?? Thanks in advance.

I followed the last posts with information from realtek drivers sources, And then the kernel headers are missing; I use: sudo armbian-config -> software -> headers but nothing changes since /usr/scr is still empty. I followed this also: https://docs.armbian.com/User-Guide_Advanced-Features/ I'm using armbian loinux aml 5.0.2-aml-s905 #5.77. what am I missing?

Hi friends, I have this tv box: H96 1G/8G s905x. I testes version 5.73 (kernel 4.20.2) and yesterday I burned a new sd card with the latest 5.77 (kernel 5). I'm still unable to make wifi work. I did different modprobes (all in the first topic information) dhd, wlan, wifi_dummy, etc, etc: Could you help me? thnaks in advance.

Hi all, Last night I managed to make it happen. I searched around but I'm still not able to apply aml_autoscript from update & backup and it always gives me header/footer signature errors. I conencted the board using serial console and defined/update environment variable myself (copying from the aml_script). I had some problems with syntax errors for typos but at the end It worked!! For the next step I will search how to include wifi drivers for ap6330 and blutooth. Cheers !

Hi all, I'm still stuck at this point. I created diferent SD card with debian or ubuntu, but at this point autoscript gives me always the same answer. Do have any idea I can test / do to make it happen?

Thanks for your response balbes150. I burned the first SD and usesd it to activate multiboot, it did not work. I took the same SD card, used aml_autoscript.zip and started debian with xfce.(other box) I burned other Sd with Ubuntu mate but I'm still not able to activate multiboot with aml_auroscript.zip (results in the image). Do you have any idea that I could do to make ir work? Thanks in advance

Hi, When trying to activate multiboot I received this message. I've done the process with other S802+2gb tvbox (U box ione) and its works. My box is a M8, ATV390 Enjoy TV. S802+1Gb+bt+wi-fi 6330 Thanks in advance
