  1. sudo systemctl disable --now log2ram https://discourse.pi-hole.net/t/cat-write-error-no-space-left-on-device/7535/2?u=lpuerto
  2. Sorry for my ignorance here, I'm not an IT expert, just an aficionado. I fail to catch all the drama about this and why can't the logs be store directly in the SD card. I understand that logs can't grow up that much that finally clutter the system storage and as far as I understand for that was created logrotate. PS/ Disabling the log2ram in case seems to be fine. Right now the total log volume is just 21M. I guess logrotate worked and compressed the logs.
  3. I really don't know... I finally just turned off the log2ram and that was it.. I have enough space.. I don't thing the cards suffer that much.
  4. I have a similar issue. I have pi.hole in a cubox-i where I also have a plex server. Yesterday I setup the plex server for music and I think that create too much request so it fill up the var/log really quick until it was totally full. So I increase the side of the partition from 50mb to 150mb. But I don't know if this is going to fix the issue in the near future. I'm quite new to linux and of course armbiam. You've been talking about logrotating the logs, but I don't know if I have that set up or not. Where can I get more information about that? Thanks!
  5. First of all, sorry if I'm asking something really obvious, but I'm new in Linux. Hi! I just have a new fresh install of Armbian Stretch on my Cubox, and I just realized that Armbian isn't using the Predictable Network Interface Names but the old one. root@opl-cubox:/home/lpuerto# ifconfig eth0: flags=4163<UP,BROADCAST,RUNNING,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 inet 192.168.1.6 netmask 255.255.255.0 broadcast 192.168.1.255 inet6 fe80::d263:b4ff:fe00:8297 prefixlen 64 scopeid 0x20<link> ether d0:63:b4:00:82:97 txqueuelen 1000 (Ethernet) RX packets 411 bytes 50456 (49.2 KiB) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 308 bytes 36582 (35.7 KiB) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0 lo: flags=73<UP,LOOPBACK,RUNNING> mtu 65536 inet 127.0.0.1 netmask 255.0.0.0 inet6 ::1 prefixlen 128 scopeid 0x10<host> loop txqueuelen 1000 (Local Loopback) RX packets 0 bytes 0 (0.0 B) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 0 bytes 0 (0.0 B) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0 wlan0: flags=4099<UP,BROADCAST,MULTICAST> mtu 1500 ether 6c:ad:f8:1d:38:8b txqueuelen 1000 (Ethernet) RX packets 0 bytes 0 (0.0 B) RX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 frame 0 TX packets 0 bytes 0 (0.0 B) TX errors 0 dropped 0 overruns 0 carrier 0 collisions 0 I can't even find the /etc/dhcpcd.conf file Is this correct or I've done something wrong?
