Thank Igor. I do work-around the issue by adding ethtool -s eth0 speed 100 duplex full to /etc/rc.local as suggestion and it works fine now

I have the same problem when using the pre-build image. Yesterday, I compiled an image using latest source code and deployed it on two boards. Everything is working fine now
