HK1 Max Not Booting

Hello

I have HK1 Max with chip RK3318

I tried to restore firmware because of some errors in the software but what happened that the device crashed and not booting at all its stuck with RED light I tried every thing except hardware shortcut but nothing 

any one have an idea to force it to update by hardware shortcut
