Armbianmonitor:

Hi all,

I've purchased a second hand banana pi M1 board with an BPI 7 inch LC connected on prarallel RGB.
The board and the LCD is working with last bananian distribution and https://github.com/BPI-SINOVOIP/BPI-M1-M1Plus-Configuration/blob/master/fex/BPI_M1_7lcd.fex.
I'm trying to make both working with Armbian but I'm lost.
I don't find the script.bin, /boot/script.bin or anywhere.

And no idea how to set /boot/armbianEnv.txt for the LCD.

The kernel have been rebuilded using this topic.

Any help will be apreciate.

Regards

Hugues

Hi all,

Now i'm running Armbian on my Banana Pi.
And the LCD is working fine.

I'm using an old Armbian distribution. (Armbian_5.59_Bananapi_Ubuntu_xenial_default_3.4.113_desktop.img)

The /boot/script.bin have been compiled with the fex from the github in the previous post.

I've made some changed to the /boot/armbianEnv.txt :

disp_mode=1024x600p60
monitor=lcd

and run : mkimage -C none -A arm -T script -d /boot/boot.cmd /boot/boot.scr

Still investigate to run the latest Armbian release.

Just need to get an new SD card ;-)

Regards

Hugues
