Cubox i4pro can not power off

Hi: I recently installed Buster xfce desktop on Cubox i4pro. Everything works great, except I can not power off cubox.  I tried various commands, shutdown -h now; systemctl poweroff; and hatl; but the system first appears to halt, where I can not ping the ip addrss of cubox, but then it reboots.

 

Is there some way to powerfoff cubox? My current system is nightly, but I also tried stable with latest kernel.

 

$ uname -r
5.10.21-imx6
$ cat /etc/os-release
PRETTY_NAME="Armbian 21.08.0-trunk.26 Buster"
