Wicd Network Manager problem

Good afternoon.

I install Armbian on OrangePi_+2 and OrangePi_PC. I have a problem: on OrangePi_+2 and OrangePi_PC not set static_IP to Wicd_Network_Manager for Ethernet, but for WiFi static_IP installed.

Question: how to replace Wicd_Network_Manager old Network_Manager. I need it to work with multiple networks. I tried to remove wicd and install network-manager, but had a terrible problem with rights.
