Orange Pi Pc Plus SD card not exist after boot from eMMC

I use Orange Pi PC+ with installed Armbian 21.08.3 on eMMC.

On system i can't access to mmcblk0 device.
In dev directory exist only mmcblk2* files related to eMMC.

How can I enable access to the SD card ?
