Any way to power on TV box when applying power rather than pushing power button?

I have an MXIII 4k box with armbian 5.44 ubuntu server running on it. Is there a way I can power the box on when applying 5V to it rather than pushing the power button? The project I am working on will restrict access to the box and it will be powered over eithernet.
