2play Posted March 22, 2022 Posted March 22, 2022 Good day to all. I have installed clean "Armbian_22.02.1_Tinkerboard_focal_current_5.15.25.img.xz" 1. When running a sudo apt update below error appears: `Redirection from https to 'http://armbian.hosthatch.com/apt/dists/focal/Release' is forbidden [IP: 173.45.128.12 443] Reading package lists... Done E: The repository 'https://apt.armbian.com focal Release' does not have a Release file. N: Updating from such a repository can't be done securely, and is therefore disabled by default. N: See apt-secure(8) manpage for repository creation and user configuration details.` Do I need to change in sudo armbian-config apt sources? If yes to which?
Solution 2play Posted March 22, 2022 Author Solution Posted March 22, 2022 I have updated apt sources in armbian-config from automated to EU and error 1 is gone! See below at my next post where to...
bolo Posted March 23, 2022 Posted March 23, 2022 (edited) @2play How did you do this? I have the same problem on Armbian for Banana Pi M1. The same armbian version. I can't instal pi-hole. System settings -> Nightly ? Edited March 23, 2022 by bolo added more info
2play Posted March 23, 2022 Author Posted March 23, 2022 @bolo start your armbian-config Personal> Then I havent tested other manual regions but you can test. Then do as usual to update/check from updated sources and test if error is gone or present in the group you chose. If all ok your OS can be updated ok and install what you need sudo apt update
