If you are using the Orange Pi 4 image then it won't work, because the wifi chip is totally different; analog sound is using a different chip too.

 

Orange Pi 4 LTS is Work in Progress and will have dignity for a board itself - because it is a different board.

Sorry for the silly question, but I am complete noob in this. Would you please mind to describe of how to apply the fix in details? 
E.g. Download using this link, install using root, reboot, do the next settings, etc.

I could make it work on the ubuntu jammy image for orange pi 4 lts that I've compiled from the repo. But it was a bit trick due to interference from NetworkManager

tried on the 22.05 Jammy XFCE image. 2.4GHz working fine and 5Ghz not working.
