Default state for GPIO

I'm using armbian on Orangepi PC PLUS and i'm controlling GPIO pins with Python.

Everything is working fine when I start my Python script.

Problem is during boot with GPIO3, because it's by default on pull up, and that is making me problem on device which is connected to that pin.

Can I change that pin to be default OUT and pull down?


When my python scripts starts, it will change GPIO3 to OUT and set it to 0, but I have only problem during boot.
