Armbian 22.05 Jammy XFCE - No audio on board jack nor on hdmi

I hope I am posting this in the right forum ?

Just installed Armbian 22.05 Jammy XFCE. 

No audio either from the main board jack or the HDMI.

Tested by playing mp3 with MPV and Celluloid as well as with Chromium

Any hints would be appreciated...I don't know how to investigate further this.

In the spirit of helping solve this issue, I have just built from source Jammy XFCE Desktop and tested again.

No audio from the on board jack nor on hdmi output.

I notice during testing that MPV 0.32.0 is now 0.34.1

Hi,

 

In order to get sound out through HDMI I have to switch the default server to nanopmi4v2 and then toggle the default sink (both in the audio settings on the righthand top side)
