Thinkerboard S Diode Dylema

I have a question or at last 2.

1.Where to connect outside diode to thinkerboard .

2.How to turn off/on it from command line.

Are you trying to power the board via the GPIO?  I don't think there is a GPIO to shut off the 5V pins from within  the board itself.

Nope i power it by USB type-B but i power the diod frop gpio pin 4 and 6 and i want to turn of power in pin 4 or 6 to turn it off
