[Armbian build PR] - Add cpu-frequency Orangepi-zero2, Allwinner h616

Description

Add cpu-frequency to orangepizero2, allwinner h616.

From sunxi 5.16 the drivers and dtsi, dts files have the necessary support.

Add: sun50i-h616-cpu-opp.dtsi

Additions: sun50i-h616-orangepi-zero2.dts

+#include "sun50i-h616-cpu-opp.dtsi"

+&cpu0 { +cpu-supply = <&reg_dcdca>; +};

Please advise with going ahead making the additions to the build system
