cant rotate display -- too easy to do inraspbian

im using orange pi with armbian and i try to rotate display by seeting in boot/armbianEvt.txt

 

fbcon=rotate:3

 

it only rotate the console message. but when i run startx (startx installed via sudo apt-get install --no-install-recommends xserver-xorg x11-xserver-utils xinit openbox )

is still default mode not rotated

 

 

 

It makes me angry to know that i have achieved it without any difficulty with a RaspberryPi 3   simply by adding display_rotate = X in /boot/config.txt and that there is no way for Armbian.
