[GUIDE] Kodi on Orange Pi 5 with GPU Hardware Acceleration and HDMI Audio

I wanted to try this with the latest Armbian 24.8.1 Noble Gnome build for the Orange Pi 5 but there were errors when attempting to run sudo add-apt-repository ppa:liujianfeng1994/rockchip-multimedia, where errors indicated that the repository isn't compatible with this latest build.
