OrangePi H3 does not start, only network leds are on

I have an OrangePI h3, I upload the Armbian in the SD card, but independent if the SD card is in or not, the Orange pi always display the both network leds turned on. 

Therefore I do not know if my problem is related to the SO or any hardware problem.
