Armbian 23.02.2 Focal(Linux 5.15.93-rockchip64) secondary network interface gone after reboot.

My nanopi-r4s should have two network interfaces, a WAN interface and a secondary LAN interface.

But after I rebooted the system, the secondary network interface was not showing.
