H6 Hw Decode?

Sorry to ask, does anyone have a howto make a h6 board (orange pi 3 lts) work with 264 hw DECODE? All howtos i can find uses old mainline not available to the LTS version
Im trying to use VLC and MPV but no hwdec is working.. there is a custom launch parameter?
