Left speaker audio only, missing right speaker

I have a usb sound card on my sbc. Im only getting left channel audio.

Ive tried a different usb sound card and different cable with no luck.

 

I run the command below with no luck, only get audio through the left speaker.

speaker-test -t wav -c 2

 

Any ideas how to fix this?
