Radxa Zero, Failed boot connected the serial port GPIO pin 8 and 10 (UART_AO_A_TXD, UART_AO_A_RXD)

If I connected the serial port with my device through GPIO pin 8 and 10 (UART_AO_A_TXD, UART_AO_A_RXD), the Radxa Zero with " Armbian 23.02.2 Jammy" failed to boot.
If I removed my device from the serial port, zero can boot.

After booting, I connected my device to the UART port, it worked well through /dev/ttyAML0.

Any suggestions? Many thanks!

This issue could be caused by a conflict between the device connected to the GPIO pins and the boot process of the Radxa Zero. I would suggest checking the wiring and ensuring that the connections are correct and secure. It's also worth checking if there are any conflicts in the configuration or settings related to the UART and GPIO pins.

The connections are fine, I had the same configuration on a raspberry pi zero but I wanted to change it due to a higher processing capacity. If I turn on the board disconnected from the device, it starts up without a problem and when I connect the device everything is working but I need it to start already connected

Can confirm I have the same issue. It hasn't been a big deal... I just unplug the usb uart device from my laptop for a sec till power starts up.

It doesn't seem to be an issue if I do a reboot via software, only when I'm first starting up and plugging in everything.
