Andrey_Dorohin Posted December 28, 2016 Share Posted December 28, 2016 Recently we bought several BananaM2+ boards to integrate them into our future fiscal project We are developing software using Armbian Linux Debian-3.4.113-sun8i with standard core, which was chosen as a stable platform. For now we have a problem with integration. Due to our fiscal laws the board should be placed in the fiscal box with no access from outside. Now we are testing the board “on the table†using typical operations (even without loading it by typical cashiers operations) and the temperature rises very high. As a result the board starts switching off processor’s cores leaving only 1 working. We even still haven’t started testing the board placed into the box… Of course we also need spare recourses while running typical operations. Please advise what may be done in this situation.
