OrangePI Zero 3 doesn't boot

I'm trying to flash the armbian image onto my orange pi zero 3 but it doesn't boot, no red or green light, I've tried both images (jammy and bookworm) but no success, I'm using Balena Etcher to flash the images.

Are you sure that you are using the correct power supply?

Among the things to try, get and set up a usb-serial (usb-uart) dongle to the debug UART pins, and you should be able to see the boot up in a serial console.

The boot messages may provide a clue to what went wrong.
