fcc123 Posted February 26, 2017 Posted February 26, 2017 I migrated my system from Wheezy from udoo.org which installed long ago to Armbian Jessie. The main stuff is working and i also manged to boot the new kernel (u-boot config). When i do apt-get upgrade the system always want to upgrade the initrd file. I get the following error messages: update-initramfs: Generating /boot/initrd.img-4.4.51-udoo Warning: root device rootfs does not exist Press Ctrl-C to abort build, or Enter to continue Warning: /sbin/fsck.rootfs doesn't exist, can't install to initramfs, ignoring. update-initramfs: Converting to u-boot format Unsupported platform. run-parts: /etc/initramfs/post-update.d//flash-kernel exited with return code 1 Does anybody has an idea why is says Unsupported platform?
fcc123 Posted March 2, 2017 Author Posted March 2, 2017 Solved with installing flash-kernel from here https://packages.debian.org/sid/armhf/flash-kernel/download 1
