understand ramlog-tmpfs on /var/log cubietruck 3

hi all,  I use cubietruck Linux  3.4.104-sunxi

I would like to understand partition

ramlog-tmpfs on /var/log type tmpfs (rw,relatime,size=524288k)

in fstab is not present.

I have the problem that it is always full, more than 90%

My cubietruck it is install on nand, I would like to mount the partition of sd,

how can I do?

mount point is defined in /etc/mtab
