Is A83T supported? Banana Pi M3

Hey,

I basically need the LXC Kernel modul for the lxccu homematic software. Is this already included in the newer kernel drivers for the available debian or do I need armbian?

I'm not 100% sure what the differences for armbian and debian are? Could someone explain that to me?

thx!

Cheers

Btw: Is the Allwinner R8(m) also supported? I'm just starting to build up the community for the $9 computer CHIP which uses this processor. Would be great to have some more ways in building kernels. I really need to config my own kernel there to included touch screen drivers. Is this possible with the armbian too?

A83T isn't supported since for this SoC there exists only an old Allwinner 3.4.39 kernel and it's not worth the efforts to provide full Armbian support since mainline kernel support for the SoC is just in very early stages.

Regarding A83T you might want to read http://forum.armbian.com/index.php/topic/474-quick-review-of-banana-pi-m3/
