How to use h3consumption on Orange Pi Zero?

I want to disable 2 cores, downlock the CPU and limit the ethernet

i installed Armbian_5.33.171003_Orangepizero_Ubuntu_xenial_next_4.13.4.img via Fetcher

but h3consumption can't be found nor apt-get install'd

isn't it part of Armbian by now or is it simply not part of the Pi Zero armbian?

Because I read a blog of someone who increased the stability of their pi zero with h3consumption

It is part of the still only recommended Armbian images for any H2+ and H3 devices and works there flawlessly. You're using mainline kernel which is marked as experimental and not supported.

And unless someone else is porting h3consumption functionality to mainline kernel I doubt it will ever work there (fex files with legacy kernel vs. device tree with mainline). Though what you're trying to do is easy since only added/adjusted stuff in two simple text files (simply study what h3consumption is doing).

I already dealt with blog posts mentioning even weirder stuff :)
