OrangePi Zero. Force more power to USB and disable wifi

I've got two questions:

 

1. Is possible to force more power to USB port?

2. How to totally disable wifi on board (by software) to release some power consumption?

And For USB:   No.  these are typically hardware limitations, also, being single-board computers, they don't always safely meet the USB specifications for all ports simultaneously (if even for one) Example:  Tinker Board, RPi, etc, etc, etc.
