Please note that it is a known issue that Turnip / Vulkan broken on Snapdragon SM8550 / Adreno 740 on Mesa 25.3.x. See https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/work_items/14656 

The workaround is to apply patch from https://github.com/batocera-linux/batocera.linux/blob/master/board/batocera/patches/mesa3d/001-fix-freedreno-vulkan.patch and rebuild
