i dont understand how to work with raw file

i have the Cubietruck and i want to burn to the nand the Vanilla jessie 

i did it before with lubuntu with phoenix suite and it was really easy i just dont understand how to do this with the raw file 

can someone please help ?

1. Currently only legacy (3.4.x) kernel supports NAND

2. To install system to NAND you need to boot from SD and use "nand-sata-install" script (please check "How to install to NAND, SATA & USB?" section in documentation)
