Is it possible to return to the old standart motd on armbian jessie sounds like a joke but im an minimal user and when it is possible how can i do this thank you

Just add comment signs to following lines in /etc/pam.d/sshd

#session    optional     pam_motd.so  motd=/run/motd.dynamic
#session    optional     pam_motd.so noupdate
