renan.rfa Posted March 21, 2016 Posted March 21, 2016 I'm using Debian ARMBIAN 5:04 jessie 3.4.110 . I am running /usr/lib/nand-sata-install/nand-sata-install.sh script to copy the sdcard for Nand where the script performs the entire procedure to format nand , copy, etc. and at the end asks Off the device and remove the SDCard. However when starting Cubietruck without SDCard , it will not start ! As if I had not copied the sdcard contents to NAND. Interestingly More is not of any error in the procedure performed. Someone already has this problem ? Would you help me?
renan.rfa Posted June 23, 2016 Author Posted June 23, 2016 First you need to try this: Bugs or limitation NAND install sometime fails. Dirty but working workaround: install Lubuntu to NAND with Phoenix tools and run install again. Shutdown results into reboot under certain conditions. Due to bad PCB placement, there is some crosstalk between Wifi and VGA in certain videomodes (Cubietruck) If things fail, like in your case, you need to use those proprietary Phoenix tools to fix NAND. When this is done, you can install with our tools. Partition or formatting does not break this. And if even this fails, your NAND is broken. It happen.
