I have 4 usb device in my odroid N2 with bookworm. A powered USB hub, which has always woken up, and the found device are in the hub. If I put them in the N2 no difference. Hi i use a few years a odroid n2 and xu4. Works great, only with both boards i have trouble to upgrade to latest version. Every time i need or must upgrade i brick my board. Solution new install...
